Hidden One
Isaiah 45:4-10 For Jacob my servant’s sake, and Israel mine elect, I have even called thee by thy name: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me.
5I am Yahuweh, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me: 6That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am Yahuweh, and there is none else. 7I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I Yahuweh do all these things. 8Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I Yahuweh have created it. 9Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands? 10Woe unto him that saith unto his father, What begettest thou? or to the woman, What hast thou brought forth?
We often question God and His methods and are frustrated to see results.
Jeremiah 31:18-21I have surely heard Ephraim bemoaning himself thus; Thou hast chastised me, and I was chastised, as a bullock unaccustomed to the yoke: turn thou me, and I shall be turned; for thou art Yahuweh my God. 19Surely after that I was turned, I repented; and after that I was instructed, I smote upon my thigh: I was ashamed, yea, even confounded, because I did bear the reproach of my youth. 20Is Ephraim my dear son? is he a pleasant child? for since I spake against him, I do earnestly remember him still: therefore my bowels are troubled for him; I will surely have mercy upon him, saith Yahuweh. 21Set thee up waymarks, make thee high heaps: set thine heart toward the highway, even the way which thou wentest: turn again, O virgin of Israel, turn again to these thy cities. Titus 2:14 says that He Yahushua may purify unto Himself us.
Jeremiah 31:31-40 Behold, the days come, saith Yahuweh, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: 32Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith Yahuweh:  33But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith Yahuweh, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. 34And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know Yahuweh: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith Yahuweh: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
35Thus saith Yahuweh, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; Yahuweh of hosts is his name: 36If those ordinances depart from before me, saith Yahuweh, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever.
Why isn’t everyone healed? Why isn’t everything peachy? I don’t always
know! I do know His promises. He is Yahuweh of Hosts and I am apart of the Hosts by the blood of His Son and my faith.
